Many different classes and workshops are offered each month
at The Place for Reiki and the schedule changes every three
months. So please stop by often to see what's new.
The schedule listed here only covers the events that are scheduled
three months in advance. I also offer a variety of 2-hour
workshops, classes and meditation and healing circles during
each month, including a Reiki exchange. However, these offerings
are scheduled only about a week in advance. If you would like

Following the current schedule of events are descriptions
of my monthly meditation and healing circles, and a more detailed
description of the Reiki Circle for Children with Special
Needs that I host monthly. Also, please check out myindividual
healing sessions, called Mind, Body and Soul Sessions.
They provide a unique opportunity for healing in a one-on-one
environment.

Classes and Workshops
Meet Your Reiki Guides
Through this guided meditation you may be able to meet
the spiritual being that acts as your guide each time you
do a Reiki session. You will also receive an additional attunement
to strengthen your energy. Please bring a notebook or journal.
Open to all levels of Reiki practitioners.
Dates: July 10 (Thur.) Time: 1 - 3:30 PM

Reiki I Class
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation
and healing. This class will enable you to do Reiki on yourself,
family members and friends. Ease the pain of a headache or
your stress with just the placement of your hands! You will
be certified as a Reiki I Practitioner and receive a certificate
suitable for framing. Open to everyone.
Date: July 12 (Sat.) Time: 9 AM - 6:30 PM
Cost: $125 (Registration and $50 non-refundable deposit due
by June 30.)
Ortho-bionomy Sessions
If you like the benefits of chiropractic, but not the discomfort,
or if your medical doctor has said there is nothing more he
can do to help your sore muscles and stiff joints, ortho-bionomy
might just be the answer for you. Developed by a chiropractor,
this non-invasive, gentle and pain-free form of bodywork helps
to relieve a variety of physical symptoms, from stiff necks
to headaches and more. Skilled practitioner Nancy Tolles brings
her expertise, gentle touch and kind heart to The Place for
Reiki twice a month to offer sessions. If you're interested

An Opening for Spirit
As we work to heal and move closer to Spirit, we often yearn
for the company of others who are on the same journey. If
you've felt the desire to be a part of a group experience,
please join Bonnie for this monthly discussion group. Each
evening's topic will be different, and the discussion will
unfold according to the mood of the group, and as Spirit decides.
All are welcome.

Reiki II Class
Are you a Reiki I practitioner who is ready for the next
step? Reiki II teaches you how to do distance healing, focus
the Reiki energy on a particular area of the body, and target
mental and emotional issues (including addictive behaviors
such as smoking, overeating, etc.). It also teaches you how
to send Reiki into the future to help with upcoming events,
and to send Reiki into the past, to help heal past traumas
and experiences that still have a strong energetic hold on
you and impact the way that you live your life today. At the
completion of the class you will be certified as a Level II
Reiki Practitioner and will receive a certificate suitable
for framing. Prerequisite: Reiki I

The Power of Forgiveness
As we travel our paths and move forward in our lives, it
is not uncommon to find our way blocked by the anger, pain
and resentment left behind from old wounds and hurts that
are a part of a past that we are trying to learn from and
leave behind. But we often find ourselves stuck in unforgiveness,
and although the choice to forgive is ours, we find ourselves
unable to do so.
This workshop will give you additional insights into the
power of forgiveness, including research findings that document
the benefits of forgiveness for your overall health and well-being.
It may also help you open the door to forgiveness in your
own life, not only forgiveness of others, but of yourself
also. A group healing circle will follow, to assist you in
moving out of the past, and into the power of forgiveness.

Reiki III (Master Class)
Learn how to share your gift of Reiki with others in an even
greater way! This class teaches you additional symbols and
the attunement process so that you can teach others how to
do Reiki. You will also learn an additional tool to help remove
deep-seated blockages from the energy system. Prerequisite:
ART
Dates: Aug. 2 & 3 (Sat. & Sun.) Time: 9:00 AM -
6:00 PM each day Cost: $650 (Registration and $100 deposit
are due by July 18.)
Additional Reiki Techniques
Attention all levels of Reiki practitioners! Refresh your
memory and/or learn something new! This workshop will cover
techniques such as scanning, grounding, clearing and smoothing
the aura, balancing the chakras and the crossover technique.
You will also be re-attuned to your current level of Reiki
to strengthen your energy and assist and enhance your own
healing journey. Bring a notebook or journal and dress comfortably.

Tools to Begin or Enhance your Spiritual Practice
You'd like to begin, or enhance, your spiritual practice,
but you don't know what to do. And maybe you're not even sure
you know what a 'spiritual practice' is!
In this workshop, Bonnie offers you some of the tools and
techniques that have been helpful in her own journey with
Spirit. Learn about the difference between listening to God,
talking with God, and talking to God. Understand the importance
of giving yourself permission to know God in a new way, perhaps
different from the way that you learned as a child. These
are practical and easy tools to help you establish or deepen
your relationship with that source that is greater than yourself
- however you identify it.

Reiki Circles for Children with Special Needs
Does your child have special needs - medical, physical, emotional
or mental? If so, perhaps the gentle, loving energy of Reiki
can make a difference. Reiki enhances traditional medical
and therapeutic treatments and promotes a sense of peace and

Systemic Family Constellation Workshops
Family constellation is spiritually based soul work. It allows
you to connect to your roots and reveals the hidden dynamics
in your family of origin. Difficult fates and traumatic experiences
in previous generations may continue to create havoc as a
hidden pattern in the present generation. Learn to reveal
the secrets and mysteries in your family and let the love
flow. A Family Constellation assists you in resolving the
unhealthy entanglements with your family, thus enabling you
to experience inner peace and the freedom to live a healthy,

Advanced Reiki Training (ART)
This class teaches you Psychic Surgery, a powerful technique
to release negative energy blocks. Learn to use the Reiki

Intro to the Aura
The aura is the energy that surrounds and protects us. Take
this workshop to learn about the different layers of the aura
and their purpose for your health and well-being. Learn exercises
to help you see the aura.

Mind, Body and Soul Sessions:
Individual one-on-one healing sessions with Bonnie
As Reiki students we are taught that when we receive the
ability to do Reiki, we also receive a Reiki guide, a spiritual
being that directs our actions during the session for the
highest and greatest good of the client. While I was participating

Meditation and Healing Circles
 The
monthly meditation and healing circles are a great way to
participate in your own healing process. You will participate
in a guided meditation and then experience the power of a
group healing circle to enhance your own spiritual journey
and healing process.
The topic for each circle's guided meditation is different.
Some of the topics in the past have included: Healing the
Wounded Heart, Gratitude, The Gifts, Removing Blocks, Moving
Forward and Peace. By actively participating in the meditations,
you send a strong message to the Universe that you are actively
involved in your own healing and growing process. This then
allows the Universe (God) to kick in its support in an even
more powerful way.
After the meditation, we take time to journal and process
what's come up for participants during the meditation. You
may share or not; do what feels most comfortable for you.
However, there is often a synergy in the sharing process that
enhances what you receive during the meditation.
Once everyone has had the opportunity to share, I do a group
healing circle for everyone. Most Reiki practitioners only
work one-on-one with clients, however, as my Reiki abilities
have evolved, I have been gifted with the ability to do Reiki
on a group of people simultaneously.
During the group healing sessions, participants sit in a
circle as I stand in the middle of the circle, or walk around
the outside of the circle, doing Reiki for everyone in the
circle. There may be times, depending on individual needs,
that I may work on specific individuals; but that choice is
up to God, not me - as I am only the channel.
Once the circle begins, I leave it completely up to my Reiki
guides and my spirit guides to determine what occurs in the
circle. There have been times when loved ones, angels, and
other spiritual beings have joined the circle because they
have messages for one or more of the participants. . Sometimes
I channel the energies of a number of different Native American
spirits and may be guided to use a drum or a rattle; at other
times I begin to channel the voices of these spirits, and
my clients have recognized such languages as Cherokee, Lakota,
and other dialects of the Plains Indians, as well as dialects
from some of the South American cultures. Although neither
my clients nor myself fully comprehend the meaning of the
messages being channeled, everyone agrees that the intensity
of the healing experience is increased whenever this occurs.
Each circle is different, and each person will receive what
he or she most needs at the time they participate. The circles
can be extremely powerful vehicles for personal growth and
healing.
